Description
(ENL 465 / COM 465). 4 hours; 4 credits. Developing skills in writing for traditional electronic media (such as radio and television) as well as new media (such as the Internet). This writing-intensive course emphasizes the translation of ideas into written text or spoken dialogue appropriate to the medium, genre, and target audience, as well as treatments, proposals, and other forms of pre-production writing. For English majors and minors, this is designated as a writing course. Prerequisites: A 200-level course COM and ENG 151 or permission of instructor.
