Major Requirements

Programs leading to a degree (with the exception of the AA and AS degrees in Liberal Arts and Sciences) require a concentrated study of a particular subject. This requirement is called the core requirement for an associate degree and the major requirement for a baccalaureate degree.

Every candidate for an undergraduate degree must complete all major or core requirements, including concentrations/specializations.

Students applying for graduation need to make sure their major is correct at the time of application or it will delay their semester of graduation.
