(ECO 333/PHL 333) This course will cover topics that overlap in the fields of economics and philosophy. It will enlighten economics majors about the philosophical underpinnings of economics and introduce philosophy majors to the more "thoughtful" aspects of economics. Topics discussed will include: rational choice and ethics; social welfare; justice, efficiency, and equity; social choice; and game theory.
